The structure consists of steel framed portal frames with a 20.8m high ridge, 33,500sqm of insulated PIR ceiling panels, a roof top chiller and freezer area, and a 170m long pallet conveyor hanging from the roof structure.

The project also consists of a 70m long truss conveyor bridge between the existing Hilton Foods Australia site (also designed by Tungsten Structures) and this new facility. There is a three storey administration building erected with precast and condeck floors, a 40m long single span walkway bridge between a second office.

We also designed a two storey reinforced concrete carpark deck, as well as 33,000sqm of 160 thick external hardstand pavements. The internal slabs were designed for post loads of up to 16t in the -23C degree freezer area.
