This project consists of four tenancies across two warehouses with a 200sqm 2-storey composite floor office for each tenancy. The warehouses consisted of a traditional steel portal frame & metal clad frame, founding on high level foundations & internal fibre slabs. Warehouse 1 consisted of 12m end wall awnings & warehouse 2 had 12m awning over the building access docks. The biggest challenge was the building line retaining of up to 3.2m, covering approximately 220 linear metres of the warehouse.
