This project consisted of 3no. warehouses and 9no. two story offices throughout the development. With a series of different roller door arrangements, awning locations, and array of two story offices, a significant amount of structural design was required to ensure that the structure was efficient as possible. The use of intertenancy walls allowed up nine different potential tenants of all different sizes throughout the development. In addition to this, Tungsten documented and designed over 23,000sqm of external heavy duty pavement around the site.
