This project consisted of a 14.6m ridge height, with 20m cantilevered awnings each side of the warehouse. There are three offices with two being two storey tilt panel offices. A large extent of the external hardstands were designed for client specific heavy duty forklifts. The warehouse was also future proofed to allow an additional 6,000sqm of warehouse space if required in the future.
