This project consists of a 35,500sqm single warehouse with a 5 span portal spanning 185m including the 25m awning. Internally, the warehouse is constructed with 160mm thick, fibre-reinforced, highly burnished concrete floor slabs, with maximum individual pour areas of up to 900sqm. The building is cladded by horizontally stacked dado panels from floor to eaves. The 2 level 1,000sqm office is constructed with a concrete Condeck slab system supported by steel beams. The 1st floor also accommodates a large 700sqm showroom with no internal columns.
