Structural Features

This project consisted of 2no. warehouses and 5no. Offices. Due to the natural ground geometry, Warehouse A had a large 3.8m retaining wall under the building to deal with site levels and provide undercroft carparking. There was also a large suspended slab supporting some medium density storage and an office above. Warehouse B was split into three tenancies with a two span portal frame of 33m. Due to some ground conditions, a large buttress wall and suspended system was introduced at the back of the site using dincel walls and precast panels.
