This project consists of two warehouses with concrete cladding panels along the southern boundary due to the proximity to the adjacent property. Warehouse 1 is 226m long and 48m wide with a 15m awning. Additionally, this warehouse includes 2no. two storey offices allowing it to be split into two tenancies. Warehouse 2 includes a 10m cantilevered awning at the warehouse roof level and a two storey office. This project is another two warehouses to our increasing list of warehouses in the Redbank area.
