This project consists of 6 warehouses and 6 offices within the two main structures. The super canopy is a 45m clear span. The portal frames have been designed for full solar coverage excluding the super canopy. The warehouse slabs are 160 thick fibre reinforced concrete and are up to 1000m2 pours with armoured dowel joints and are designed for 8 tonne racking loads. The suspended office slabs are composite steel and concrete construction.

Due to the loading docks running the full length of the super canopy we introduced some large portals perpendicular to our main structural portals to brace the structure in the long direction. It was interesting to see this all come together onsite. It was also exciting to see the large super canopy take shape.
