This temperature-controlled facility consisted of a 1,689sqm freezer, 1,689sqm chiller, and 1,035sqm anteroom and two-storey office. The structure included a 2 span portal frame with one transfer beam utilised in the anteroom, 4m cantilevered awning off the gable end wall and perimeter SHS heads supporting the PIR wall cladding.
