Structural Features

This project consists of 2 warehouses, 2 ground-floor offices, and a two-story composite office. The larger warehouse features an efficient four-span portal frame, 90m wide, with a 30m super awning and 12m cantilever awning. All warehouses are retained on three sides by tilt panel perimeter walls with mass concrete backfill. Due to adjacent easements, detailed coordination of footing depths ensured compliance with BO requirements. The warehouse slabs are fibre-reinforced concrete, feature up to 1000m² pours with armoured dowel joints and are designed to support 7-tonne racking loads.
