The structure consisted of 275 thick concrete panels retaining up to 4m along the building line with a steel portal frame superstructure supported on concrete pedestals for ease of construction. The two story office has concrete columns supporting the condeck composite first floor slab, with steel wall framing and rafters above. The warehouse roof was designed for full solar coverage.
