This project consisted of steel portal frames in the main warehouse, and a 2 story office constructed with composite floor construction. Due to the challenging site conditions, an efficient ground improvement solution was provided using rigid inclusions to combat the site settlements. Solar panels have been allowed for over the entire warehouse roof structure.
