This project includes a total of 3000sqm of suspended composite steel/concrete warehouse flooring with a carpark underneath. The carpark features approximately 6m of retaining, which is controlled by a concrete retaining wall and batter up to a block retaining wall. There is also a 36m super canopy on one side of the building.
