Structural Features

This project consists of two new warehouses at ESR Acacia Ridge Business Park – WH5 and WH6. WH5 includes a 7-span portal with dual 20m cantilevered awnings and four offices, while WH6 features a single 20m cantilevered awning, sway bracing system, and one office. By using tungsten tapered sections and high-strength steel, we achieved an average of 5% structural steel savings per warehouse.
