Structural Features
The warehouse is 82m wide with three span portals with attached 10m wide awning. The floor slabs are 160mm thick fibre reinforced (design and documented by Tungsten).
The structure is supported on high level footings. The suspended office floors are composite slabs on steel framing. The design utilises no fines concrete backfill behind precast building perimeter retaining walls, which enabled the construction of jointless, fibre reinforced slabs through the warehouse.
