Structural Features

This project consists of ten tenancies across two buildings. The first building houses four tenants within a concrete panel clad structure supporting the steelwork roof. The second building houses the remaining tenants within a concrete panel clad structure atop a suspended slab floor design using conventional reinforcement. The site grades away, allowing the developer to introduce an undercroft basement for customer parking below the ground floor of the second building. Tungsten Structures was able to provide the value & efficient design it is well known for throughout the industry whilst still balancing the architect, clients and tenants needs for a project which possess more retail flair than a traditional industrial development.
