This project consisted of two tenancies, each with a double storey office, under the one roof. The offices each feature a staircase formed using flat plate stringers and feature fascia framing externally. A combination of precast concrete panels and lightweight steel clads the warehouse. The warehouse itself includes over 6000sqm of fibre slabs on ground and has a 15m cantilever awning off one side.
