This project consisted of one warehouse with a 10m cantilevered awning, and a second warehouse with a 35m super canopy to one side. One corner of the warehouse also has up to 3.5m high retaining walls to account for the challenging site conditions. In addition to the warehouses, there are 5no. two story offices to allow up to 5no. individual tenancies. Both warehouse roofs are designed to cater for full solar panel coverage.
