The project comprises an 18,053 m² ambient logistics warehouse for Flagstone Logistics, featuring a 586 m² integrated office, 1,100 m² loading awning and over 20,000 m² of heavy-duty external pavements. The facility utilises long-span structural steel portal framing to provide efficient, flexible warehouse space, with optimised structural steel members and lightweight secondary steel achieving steelwork and purlin/girt rates of 15.84 kg/m² and 8.15 kg/m² respectively. Reinforced concrete dado panels with sheeted sides, heavy-duty industrial slabs designed for logistics operations, extensive loading dock structures and roof framing capable of accommodating future solar installations combine to deliver a highly efficient industrial facility.
