This project consists of one 60,000sqm warehouse for Direct Freight Express and includes a 5-span portal with dual 20m cantilevered awnings, a combination of 22m and 45m clear span transfer trusses, one office and three amenity facilities. This development has seven external structures, including a workshop, pump room, pickup area, refuel canopy, truckwash, drivers quarters, a gatehouse, and comprises of 63,600sqm external pavement.
