The building pad was improved with a community of rigid ground inclusions (Controlled Stiffness Columns), designed and installed by KELLER. We designed the floating fibre reinforced (using BOSFA Pty Ltd Dramix 5D fibres) slab on ground in house to account for the additional bending moment induced in the slab across the rigid inclusions.

The clear spanning portal frames reached an impressive 49m. The remainder of the structure was fairly conventional with high level footings and concrete tilt panel dado walls.
