This project involved four tenancies in two warehouses on a Goodman-owned site. Daikin will occupy one warehouse as a standalone unit, while the second warehouse has three tenancies. The warehouses have large portal frames and a roof designed for future solar panels. The construction included a 4m high retaining wall, 30m portal frame spans, and a 25,000sqm heavy-duty external hardstand.
