This project is a cold storage and food processing facility for City Kitchen. The structure was designed to take the heavy roof loading from refrigeration, mechanical and electrical equipment servicing the many rooms throughout the facility with different temperatures. There was also over 2,000sqm of mezzanine floor area for their office and additional pallet storage. There is also a 33m gantry link bridge between the existing facility and new facility.
