The facility has been purpose built to suit the the tenants needs for their operation. This project consists of large steel portal frame structures, a two-story office and external roofed loading dock. The internal slab has been designed for the conveyor and robotic loads required for CHEP's operations. There is also a large hardstand designed for pallet storage.
