This project consisted of a large steel portal frame structure with a mix of 15m and 5m cantilevered awnings. The major feature on this project is the large 6,500sqm breezeway with only three internal columns and large trusses on each end. This allowed the tenant to have complete maneuverability throughout the breezeway to suit their operations.
