This project consists of a 23,044sqm multi-tenancy industrial warehouse development comprising five warehouse tenancies with approximately 1,532sqm of ancillary office and administration space. The development features high-clearance structural steel portal frames, suspended composite office floors, precast concrete wall panels, loading docks and a combination of shallow and deep foundation systems. Extensive external works including but not limited to approximately 23,000sqm of heavy-duty concrete hardstands, circulation pavements and footpaths.
