This project is an extension of the existing food processing facility with multiple rooms with use varying from food processing, cool storage, dispatch & product intake. The substantial fire considerations invoked due to the proximity of the structure to adjacent buildings required detailed planning & coordination with the consultant team. The structure is wrapped in PIR panel, internally lined with steel portal frame structure. The slabs are compromised of a mix of conventional reinforced freezer base slabs & fibre reinforced wearing slabs.
