This purpose-designed facility for Allnex comprises two concrete tilt-up warehouses tailored to the client’s operational needs. Warehouse 1 is an ambient storage building featuring a three-storey office and transfer beams for optimal internal column layouts. Warehouse 2 is a hazardous goods store divided into three independent fire compartments, each rated to 240/240/240 minute fire resistance levels. It also includes a suspended slab section housing detention tanks below.
