This 9,000 m² industrial facility comprises a long-span tapered steel portal frame warehouse with an adjoining 800 m² single-storey structural steel office and 900 m² of steel-framed loading-bay awnings. The structure incorporates precast concrete tilt panel walls, heavy-duty reinforced concrete slab-on-ground construction, extensive external hardstands, and robust pad and strip footing foundations designed to support large industrial loading. The roof framing was also engineered with provisions for a future 700 m² solar photovoltaic installation, delivering a durable, efficient and future-ready logistics facility.
