This project consists of one 12,540m² warehouse for Mainfreight and includes a 1,910m² office and amenities building, together with 890m² of cantilevered awnings servicing the loading and operational areas. The development features a large clear-span steel portal frame, extensive structural steel mezzanine floors, reinforced concrete tilt-up wall panels, long-span roof framing, and architecturally integrated steel awnings, delivering a highly efficient logistics facility.
