The development, within the Minto Industrial Area, comprises of two symmetrical warehouse buildings containing four industrial tenancies. Each building includes an undercroft parking level fronting the street and associated office areas. The structure is supported by reinforced concrete bored piers, with a large post-tensioned (PT) concrete slab forming the primary suspended floor above the undercroft.
