The design also integrates two single-storey offices within the warehouse footprint, utilizing composite slab systems for streamlined construction and reduced floor thickness. Notably, the use of international steel was strategically incorporated to optimize cost without compromising performance—highlighting our team’s ability to deliver value-engineered solutions tailored to client needs.
