This project consisted of a 9,771 sqm warehouse with two intertenancy walls, allowing for a total of three tenancies. The project also included three two-storey offices to service each of the tenancies. The building features a 15m cantilever awning across the north side. During the design stage, we utilised Tungsten Tapered Sections, which allowed for a 4.8% saving on the total structural steel used in the project.
