This facility has been purpose built for the Independent Liquor Group. The project features 3 span portal frames with dual 20m cantilever awnings on each end. A key innovation is the tapered portal column and haunch design, which reduced structural steel requirements by 1.1kg/m² across the warehouse and awnings—achieving a 6% saving on the total hot rolled steel used.
