This project was developed and designed for Porters Group. This project consists of a parts warehouse with Very Narrow Aisle racking, a workshop with 2 gantry cranes and a 10m cantilevered awning on each side, as well as a paint booth and wash bay. The large extent of external slabs, as well as the slabs within majority of the buildings were designed for the heavy duty tracked equipment that porters group sell and service. The facility also consists of a large two-storey office along the front of the site which was designed using composite steel and concrete construction.
