This project was designed for Toyota facility at Crestmead. The warehouse consists of 117m 5 span steel portal frames with a 32m super awning. The portal frames consist of a several transfer beams to suit the racking locations as well as taper sections to provide the most efficient steel design. The warehouse is designed for full solar coverage with the perimeter cladded in a combination light weight steel cladding and precast panels which retain up to 1.5m at the highest locations. The internal slabs are 160 thick fibre reinforced jointless slabs on ground with a highly burnished finish. The single storey office is located to the south east corner of the warehouse with a large feature parapet around the perimeter as a highlight to the facade.
