This project consists of 2 warehouses and 4 offices within the two main structures. The awning is a 15m cantilever. The portal frames have been designed for full solar coverage excluding the canopy. The warehouse slabs are 165-170 thick fibre reinforced concrete and are up to 1000m2 pours with armoured dowel joints and are designed for 7-8 tonne racking loads. The suspended office slabs are conventionally reinforced flat plate slabs.
