This project consist of two large warehouses, both presenting +35m canopy structures over the external hardstand. The internal slabs are jointless steel fibre reinforced slabs, achieving a highly burnished finish. The project is split has the potential to be split into 5 separate tenancies, each with a 400m2 two storey office. The efficient design allowed the project to be completed in line with the tight program, whilst providing the standard Tungsten value.
