Structural Features

This project consists of a dual tenancy warehouse with two respective single storey offices. The warehouse framing is an efficient portal frame capable of accommodating full solar coverage. The warehouse slabs are large jointless fibre pours, with armored dowel joints at slab junctions. The office structure is compromised of a traditional suspended concrete slab & concrete columns with steel roof & wall framing. The 15m awning to the western extent of the site covers a portion of the 8,000sqm heavy duty conventionally reinforced hardstand.
