This project involved multiple warehouses on a site in Oxley. The first warehouse consisted of a 51m portal frame structure with a 15m awning. This 143m long warehouse contained two rows of 10T gantry cranes, as well as a cold storage facility with a 160mm conventionally reinforced base slab and 200mm fibre topping slab. The second warehouse consisted of jointless fibre slabs. The third warehouse was 83m wide with a 15m awning. The 1.8m retaining wall for the third warehouse utilised tilt panels with mass concrete backfill. The development also included three two storey offices.
